Doubt he was looking for hosting services, i believe he was looking just for "cheap" domain name registration. Try to search on google.com for "cheap domain registration" i bet you will find something real cheap, once you find the name, then use google once again, or come here to WHT and search for reviews for that company/reseller or registrar. (many people do find them self in trouble with cheap domain registration companies for one or another reason)
