I am trying to cancel my account with host rocket but it seems that no where on their site is states anything about money back. several months ago i tried to cancel and they said that I would get all my money back BUT the $20.00 for the domain registration, but now they are saying I only get back 50% of my 5 month account sign up. this is very annoying and I hate being cheated. I in NO WAY want to put a bad rep out for HostRocket, they are very good, but their web site should be more informative.

Well if you didn't actually cancel it "serveral months ago" then no wonder you won't get all your money back. You have been using their services in the meantime right? So since you signed up for 5 months and whatever but you only used 3 and want to cancel of course they won't give you all your money back. Have you tried e-mailing, ticket support and instant support serices or are you just posting this here...

Have you ever noticed that when a noun becomes a verb it is usually a bad thing?

To be honest, I didn't find it *that* out there, however it seemed that everyone was commenting on it (which leads to OT threads), so I just modified it so it wouldn't be the main focus.
