Nadav: Many people think our design is fine. If you look through www.host4yourself.com, you will see that there are different colors for different sections. If you don't like the color, look at the content and the services provided. Turning down a host because of their background color isn't the best reason I can think of.
Diederik: Yes, we use C-I-Host's datacenter, but we offer our own unique services and features that have nothing to do with C-I-Host. We realize C-I-Host has a bad reputation on this board, but after being with them for a few years, I have to say their reliability has been fine for US. You always hear of the complaints, but the thousands of happy customers don't have a reason to voice their opinions. I think customers who have used C-I-Host's shared hosting accounts, etc are on the opposite side of the field as us anyway. Their representatives seem to treat us with respect and care what happens to our servers. They have recently improved their technical support a great deal (which I read on CNET or somewhere similar - not just from C-I-Host themselves) and they are getting much better everyday. And even if you still hate C-I-Host, when you deal with our technical support, you deal with US, not C-I-Host. How good or bad C-I-Host is should not matter. What matters is the hard work we put into making their system work for us and providing excellent, dependable service.
