Im looking for good fully managed dedicated hosting with good quality in terms of support and everything, is there any good one to recommend? Thanks :)

There's a lot of things you're missing ... What are you hosting? What platform does it run on? Preferred location? Budget? Server spec? etc.

You need to be a bit more specific before anyone here can help you.

it run on linux, cPanel and i preferred U.S.A location as for the buget is up to $400 per month for Dual 2.4GHz Xeon spec. 80 gigs hard drive and 2 giga RAM

You've decided on a good budget for your dedicated server and won't find a problem finding a suitable provider, you can also go for something highing than 2.x with $400

Is there any good Fully managed dedicated hosting company to recommend? Thanks

It's not a MUST for you to have a server + management services from the DataCenter. You can have a non managed or semi-managed server and then hire a company like touchsupport to manage the server for you

Fully Managed services are not always offered in the default server package, some datacenters only offer semi-managed services, others offer upgradable managed services up to fully managed

Im not very familliar with hosting stuff and regarding to any of script problem as well, if i hire a managed server company will they be able to help me all the way just in case if there are anything wrong with the script or the server.
