Is spam bad or was their website last updated in the early 80's? Rather odd company page for such a big name product.

Ok who let little Joey play with Frontpage again? Have any of you acutually eaten SPAM before.. I was at a party last week and in my freinds grandmothers pantry we found a can of spam under the cabinet that was dusty from probably sitting there for 5+ years and I bet one of my freinds a six pack that he would not eat it right out of the can, needless to say i watched him open the can and the top layer of gelitan ooze out of the can he tipped it upside down let it plop onto his hand smiled and took a big ass bite out of it that almost caused mass purging in the room and ended up only eating about half of it but I still got him a six pack just for his determination, I am telling you this was worse than anything that faces of death can produce.. i think its going to be a while before i am able to eat any deli meat again..

Yes I have eaten SPAM brand meat product before. I cut it into thin slices and cooked it. It was delicious! All the fat, all the meat, all the flavor, was wonderful.

I have also been to the SPAM museum. It was wonderful! I tried to put fake SPAM in a can faster than the machine (couldn't do it), watched some monty python, played the official SPAM quiz show game (i won), and learned about the important role SPAM played in World War 2, among other things. You should visit it! Just don't breathe the air out side of the museum. It smells of slaughter.

Years ago while I was in Kentucky for work a cow orker of mine bought a can that was labelled simply "Pork Parts" that we happened across when we'd stopped at a small roadside grocery store to gas up our rental car. It just was entertaining, so he bought it.

Several years later I was at a party at the guy's house and the story came up and he said he still had the can. And dug it out of his pantry. And of course the crowd insisted that he open it and eat it. So finally after a bet similar to that OKIHost made, he opened up the can, filling the room with the odor of decade (or more) old unidentified hog pieces that weren't good enough to cut and nicely display with the rest of the pork -- and weren't even good enough to make it into big-brand Spam.

But Kendall's truly a sick man; he at it all.

Well, at least he knew what he was eating. Reminds me of that Fear Factor (the only episode I've seen) where the girl had to eat raw pork uterus. She is tougher than I....
