Forums run faster, implementation of mod_gzip makes bandwidth use lower, and mySQL runs way faster than any flat-file based forum. And it's free too. StarGate 06-19-2002, 07:19 PM ... doesn't use (My)SQL but a lot of text files making it a backup nightmare and very slow naturally... what else to say? |
