You will need to order directly from them. mclaugh2006 11-03-2006, 01:52 PM Have you tried ebay? You never know what you can find. But seriously I think the only way you are going to find a cheap license is if you buy one from someone else that wants to get rid of it. On the off chance that you do find a cheap license let us know where you got it. I was going to use Perl Desk for my help desk, but I am using PHP Support Tickets now. I plan on upgrading in the future to kayako. Timothy 11-04-2006, 10:14 AM Just be careful if you find one elsewhere to make sure it's actually valid and transferrable. Really the leased verison may be your best option. sgarbus 11-04-2006, 10:30 AM Really the leased verison may be your best option.I agree. We purchased SupportSuite the other week, and there's a big pricing difference between the monthly leased, yearly leased, or owned (which is what we did). You would spend $480 a year if you decide to pay monthly, and only $300 if you paid for the year in advance. Even if you do the monthly lease for 12 months, you've basically bought an owned license ($500). :D CaroNet-Hesham 11-04-2006, 10:39 AM It would be better of course if you purchase directly from Kayako to have direct access to their tech support team sgarbus 11-04-2006, 10:45 AM It would be better of course if you purchase directly from Kayako to have direct access to their tech support teamI don't even think you can buy Kayako products from anyone else besides them. I really wouldn't include anything about support while praising Kayako. I've had a ticket open for over 5 days and they've replied twice. My issue still hasn't been fixed. Frimon86 11-04-2006, 01:31 PM I was just looking for an ' eSupport Owned ' to purchase from someone else because I cant afford $299 right now on no support system .. but dangit. sgarbus 11-04-2006, 01:36 PM I was just looking for an ' eSupport Owned ' to purchase from someone else because I cant afford $299 right now on no support system .. but dangit. You could always try posting a request for it in the offers forum. I've seen quite a few Kayako requests/offers there. |
