Do you have a server with at least 256 or 512 Mb RAM?

The listed servers can have their RAM upgraded for a one-time fee, or alternatively you can wait until next week for the new servers which will have large amounts of RAM as standard.

We do not have a test file available yet, however you may use 202.3.110.55 as a test IP address. We also have traceroutes from multiple ISPs here (http://www.darkstarx.net/network).

IRC is allowed.
512 MB RAM is available for a one-time fee of $100 AUD.
An 80 GB HD is included.
Due to APNIC restrictions, additional IP addresses cost $10 AUD (each) per month.
No control panel is included, however we are able to provide either control panel for an additional monthly fee.

Public IRC (clients/bots/&c.) and IRCds are allowed.
We use customised hardware and software to mitigate DDoS attacks.

I believe the rest of your questions have just been answered, no reason to repeat the answers.

Is this your own DC or you're just doing colo on other facility?

nfsnobody

Not that I know, but I believe they're running it themselves, as they say it's running on a dark fiber line :P

Edit: Maybe I'm imagining things... I could have sworn I read it was hosted on dark fiber the other day....

Co-location will be available this week.

The facility (and the infrastructure) is ours. We realised that would be the only way to offer the unique services and configurations we do.

We re-worded the site somewhat, by the way.
