How on earth is this company http://www.anet.com/services/NEWplans.html#webhosting still doing business?

I mean.. go check the link and in the middle of the page you will see their webhosting packages, they are outrageous!


their most basic plan just offers 3 (T-H-R-E-E) MB for 45$ a month! and only 350MB bandiwth (40$ per gigabyte extra) thats 500$ a year ******* freak show!!

What I dont understand is.. WHAT THE HELL DO THESE GUYS THINK THEY ARE DOING?

I wonder if ANYONE has hosted with them so far..

LOL, for those prices, they better have 5000 T3 connections to every country in the world lol.

You would be surprised at how many people will signup with those packages. I have been in several situations where I am talking to someone about web hosting, and they'll say "Yeah, I got this company handling my web pages, another company handling my e-mail, another company making my web pages, and another company handling my dial-up. Only $2,000 a month." I'd explain to them that we could do all of that for them for 1/10 the price but they won't budge.

You'd really be surprised.

Let me tell you, I know the owner of http://www.nukewinter.com and I used to write articles and do interviews for his site, I know him well.. and he told me he was hosted at *****.. I educated him and showed him all those "anti-*****" articles and forum post yet he wouldnt budge..
