I am wondering whether anyone has recent experiences they can share regarding eNom's e-mail solution ("POP Paks"), whether from an end-user or reseller perspective? Is it a good alternative to using a 3rd party e-mail hosting company such as webmail.us?

Specifically, how reliable is the service, does it have good spam/virus filters, and how user friendly/ functional is the webmail interface? If you're a reseller, are your client's happy with it?
