I found this forum and love all the help !!!!

I have been givin an opp. that I cannot pass up, and need ur help on just how or what i should do to be successful!!!!

Here's the speal:
My buudy has a Game server Hosting comp.. he has 4 boxs co-located at a NOC w multi-honed oc-48's as abackbone.
He currently has Web Servers but not utlizing that aspect of comapny.. Which he wants me to take over!!

I am a IT support specialist (specialize in MS Products (sthu I already know ur jokes =D))
I have about 1yr IIS4/5 Setup/support exp..

I am being given a Ded Server Running IIS5 (also has linux web server, but I know nill about linux)
I have 40gig space and Unlimited bandwith (unlimited to 40gig his current limit for his game servers)

Also I am just teachin myself webdesign my first and only project so far is here First Site (http://esrtech.rcs7.com)

What i need from you all is:
A) can someone help me get site designed so i can effectively take orders etc etc... I dont have a clue on settin this up!!!

B) what kinda packages should I offer (i cannot offer reseller accounts) in order to be successful!!!!!

C)what other Mandatory things do i need to do??

Also keep in mind that my $$$ is real tite!!! Plz don't offer to make me sites for high amounts... BUT I may be able to work out some kinda Design it now for me and double ur fee if u wait till i get some income to pay u (but doubt anyones gonna do that, so Im searchin everything for help)

PS- I was thinkin of only hostin on Windows server..cause how can i offer support of linux when i dont have a clue on it??!!!

Ok so I imagine 2co "plug and play code" I just incorp into my
template and blamo publish and its ready!!!

As far as packages.. I have and find all to be lacking.. now my idea may be geared towards wrong market.. (im really looking for wed disgners/sm to md sized comapnys)
was thinkin samllest pckg:
100 meg
2gig band
1 access DB
cgi, pw dirs, cntrl panel, fp 98-02, asp, xml, .net alnog w other regular features.. for about 6.95mth (3mo, 6mo, 1yr terms)
lgst pckg:
300 meg
5gig band
2 MySQL DB's
etc etc etc $ 9.95mth (3mo, 6mo, 1yr terms)

Would these work or is that not enuff power for $ :eek:
