Hi y'all

Just a quick thread to say that, most of the posts on here are baout troublesome customers because they are the ones that annoy you and the ones that need talking about.
However.....
I have had major server problems this weekend, one of my reseller accounts went downa and the server owner was nowhere to be found, its not the first time its happened and i am now leaving them.
My customers were great, they have had to have their accounts moved, therefore sites have been down etc but they have been excellent, not a single complaint

Thanks you great people :)

That's great news. Some positive news regarding customers is a refreshing change. :)

Yes, sometimes custumers can really suprise you. When my NY colo went down I got nothing but support. Now I am in the pleasant position of having started to resetup those same customers in my new colo in Denver. I never thought that everything would have worked out so fine... :)

I have to say that the vast majority of our customers are a pleasure to correspond with. In particular, our Australian customers tend to be refreshingly upbeat and friendly ... must be the sunshine!

My customers are great!

Apart from general tech support they have never give me anything else but praises.I guss it all boils down to how you treat your customers in the first place.

I love my customers.

If it were not for them, I'd probably be working for one of you.

And that's a scary thought...
