PristineHost.com has been the host of my reseller package for the past year now. Since the initiation of my service them they have not brought me proper service at all! I have e-mailed, live chat, and everything with them asking them to fix these issues – but now again as I say this my service is down.

They offered me a great package here on WHT, but do not return on their promises for best service. I really don’t know what to do right now.

If this issue is fixed I may withdraw this, but till then I have to say that I am very disappointed with their service…especially considering the server their website runs on is ALWAYS fine.

If you are not happy about it, and you have been in communication with them, then you should consider leaving them and find another host.

I'm wondering why you stayed this long? move on, there are THOUSANDS of better hosts who want to earn your business

I agree, I wonder why are you still with them?
Pack your stuff and move from there.

Yeah I agree with Jedito, why are you still with them. You say that the service really hasn't been delivered to you correctly since the start, I would have moved already. Has the service gotten worse from that point, or has it always been this way?

It has gotten worse. I would like to move but no host is able to help with the movement.

Most providers will provide you with the move, just have to ask. Some may not have it listed on the site, could be just a service.

You can contact sales and ask if they can offer free website transfer.

Our hosting provider(Hostdime) helps for moving domains. But they get extra money for this(if you buy a dedicated server when it's free).

Depending on your budget hosts are able to offer migration services, some charge extra for it. But if you've had bad service for a year, I think its about time to move.
