I've been toying with the idea of making a gaming site for a while now.

I am going to give it a shot even tho there are already so many out there. I guess I just hope that it'll actually be a fun site for a change.

I need a template on the cheap. ($100-$200 max) What I'd like is as follows (in no order really except the first one)

1) Fast loading. I'm willing to give up graphic quality for speed.
2) a space for a 240x192 "screenshot" in the upper right hand corner. (some form of a frame (like a picture frame not frames in the website) around that area would be nice but not needed)
3) a space for a banner ad in both the header and footer.
5) Custom everything...I'd really like to avoid having large companies sueing me over something i'm hoping will be fun.
6) A small flash area would really rock, but i don't expect it.
7) Willingness to make changes if requested.
8) Willingness to make changes to fit each game on the site (with additional payments for this)


I guess that is all I can think of, I'm sure someone will have a question or 2 and I'll answer them as they arise. If you have positive feedback feel free to post links. Payments can be made via paypal, or online CC process as long as a secure server is available.

back to topic, ok, i'll do it, i'm really good (i beleive i'am) at making fast loading sites and not much on graphical. i just got an idea on a gaming site (drawing a sketch right now...hmmmm)

I have some templates right now that I was selling. I made them look like hosting template becuase of WHT, but they can easily be changed to a gaming site. I think template 5, would be great for a gaming site, but you are free to choose any. All aspects of the templates can be changed Color, font, images, etc. I will provide all original source files (.psd, .html, and images). For an extra $20 I can customize everything, content, colors, etc.
