Hello everyone!

I am pretty new to this website and I hope I can get some advices/opinions.
I have a webhosting buiss for about two years now. I have also a few active customers. I did some advertising before so my website is on some search engines like google, yahoo etc..

Since I've started the buisiness I never really advertised a lot and I just kept the customers I had mostly people I know.

I want to redesign the website because it is in flash, and I need an advice on how to run it effectively.

I get about 1200 unique visitors a month...does that mean I have potential customers who visit but do not subscribe?

I need an advice on advertising methods as well please.

Is there anyway you would give us your domain so we can take a look at your site? We might be able to give you some helpful ideas.

Start off by putting a signature on all your posts.
As far as your question:

I suppose you won't really know without doing your research.

I know its a pretty bad template and all.

That's okay, that's why you came here. Yes, your site does look a little outdated. My opinion, others will vary. I would take a look at some other hosting companies and try and get some ideas. Two little specific things I noticed though is I'd take the counter off the bottom and update your copyright dates. The last one is 2004. Your site is nice and simple, which is good, just choose a newer design.

Do you think I need to buy some kind of security certification?
Because currently I have the subscribe links to paypal...to sing up new clients...would that do or I need something else perhaps?

Just need a total redo of the site design, just a lil dated :)

Are you wanting to not only take paypal but also credit cards directly? If so you will need a merchant account and a SSL and so on...

Flash sites really looks cool and gives a professional look to your site.

Secondly you can go for search engine optimization which in turn will give you more hits for your sites and where you can turn the visitors of your site to potential clients.
