I have a problem that I cannot figure out. A customer created a subdomain but instead of going to the directory it goes to his main public_html directory. If you go to http://www.userdomain.com/subdomain it loads correctly.

I check the httpd.conf and the paths are set correctly for the subdomain. I created other subdomains on his account and they worked fine.

Anyone have any idea what the problem could be?

Could you post the httpd code? Was this subdomain made using a control panel or manually?
