Ok we are getting a lot of people asking what's the cost to upgrade the ram on this server so here we go, this price also applies to all our servers (128 Meg RAM (one time) - $75 (256 Meg RAM (one time) - $150 this is for upgrades at purchase time only.

How long will the $200 per month rate last for your customers?

I see you have a no-refund policy on yearly contracts. Does this mean If I was to sign up, the monthly fee could change to $350 next month unless I take the chance of paying for a year in advance?

Once you signup your price is set in stone until you leave. We won't increase our prices on you, if we do ever increase prices or change things it will only effect new customers only.

I'll go over a refund policy with my partners and have the exacts put on the webpage soon.

But no, you don't have to signup for a year to ensure your price stays the same.

That sounds good.

Let me know what comes out of the 1 year thing. I realize you're still working out the details. The way I look at it is that it's hard enough to switch providers, and one that isn't willing to back up their services with a customer escape clause of some kind probably doesn't have a whole lot of confidence in their own future.

To put it another way...good service, good product, and good price should be enough to keep customers. If a company has to lock customers in; they probably won't be around long.

Regarding the refund terms.

Setups not refundable but if you signup for a year and leave in say 2 months you'll get your un-used portion back.
