I have been looking for reseller, wondering anyone have exprinces with W4hosting.com, they seem to give Free ClientExec License for reseller. what you think guys?

http://whois.webhosting.info/w4hosting.com shows the domain as being 20 days old. It stands within reason to assume that feedback on this brand will be very scarce.

However, as per http://w4hosting.com/aboutus.shtml , they used to market under the UltraMatrix name, and on that brand you should be able to find some feedback by running a search.

They have also resorted to illegal activity by ripping text and images from spiralhost.com. Not a 'company' you should do business with.

Don´t waste your money here. Server extremely low and crashes all the time. Already tested it. Oversold.

Uggh, this service has been the worst service i've been on. Server shuts down every now and then, owner doesn't know how to communicate properly. Support ticket takes forever to answer. If a problem occurs they immeditately shut you down without an email or anything. Their plan does not represent the service! Can't believe I've been with this hosting for all this time. I DO NOT recommend this hosting for anyone!

We had custom designed by InnovativeDesigners, there seem be they have some copy from other website. I will remove them from our site.

On behalf of W4hosting, allow me to clarify a few things here with regards to the accusations here. These allegations have been made by a few people who are not happy with us personally and are trying to start a hate campaign towards the ruining of our name in this industry.

Our Answer : Lookhost certainly does not have an account here and neither is he an administrator of our server. We are still way below our threshold and due to a few DDOS attacks from a few unscrupulous people, our servers have been down and up intermittently. These DDOS-ers have been identified and will be dealt with by our datacenter's legal team.

Our Answer : Tutu21 was a customer of W4hosting.com until we terminated his contract with us for non-payment of services for 2 months. As our contract states, clients are required to pay for our services and yet we gave him the chance of hosting with us for 2 months and after ignoring our requests of payment, we decided to pull the plug on his domain after the second month ended. Further more, this client have been found abusing our terms of service by hosting illegal file contents from his account by utilizing our servers. We can in no way be associated with illegal downloading of copyrighted materials via our servers. As so, please do not flame us here for your inability to pay. I hope this explains the issues posted.
