1 or 2 Sub-domains, NT perfered but Unix subs may be used,
at no or little cost (I can work with this one)
POP3/IMAP Email accounts, Autoresponders.
SMTP relay support
Fast connection and fast servers.

And MOST Important: VERY Accessable Technical Support. None of this email only crap. If I need support, I want to be able to call almost any time of day and be assured I will get an answer! If your support can't cut it please dont respond.

Give these guys a shout. bltech.net I got a decent quote for some NT based hosting from them a while ago. Wasn't quite as detailed as what you're looking for, but they may be able to help ya out.

One of my clients use them for their hosting and had good luck with em.
