I have a list of merchant accounts i've looked at, and was wondering if anyone could add reputable ones to the list.

Here's what I got so far:

I also am interested in a list of good High Risk Merchant Accounts. I checked out netbilling and didn't like the idea of someone else handling my support tickets (I get a tech support questions even though i provide a massive FAQ)

There are many ppl here from WHT that have some lists of what you are looking for, for example :

I have setup a few dozen accounts with http://cocardfhp.com/ and have had good luck with all of them as of yet.

2checkout is good in my opinion !

both ZenCart and XCart (and probably the other carts as well) give a list of the payment processors they work with. From there, you can get references to merchant accounts.

CardAccept, Inc.

Also have Paypal, Moneybookers, Nochex, Worldpay, Stormpay.

There is also Wells, Sun, First Data Merchant Services (Cardservice), Nova. A lot are ISOs and some are resellers of ISOs.

What I have learned is that if the provider is in the United States, that provider should have on his or her website stating if they are an ISO or a reseller. If they do not, you should think twice about using them

Netbilling is only a gateway, very similar to LinkPoint, Authorize.net. And unfortunately they are not listed under the List of Compliant Service Providers (http://www.usa.visa.com/download/business/accepting_visa/ops_risk_management/cisp_List_of_CISP_Compliant_Service_Providers.pdf). This list will help you as well for some gateways
