its that about 2 hours ago i was trying to access the site and it wouldn't load or anything -

I have been actively working here for the last 4 hours and seen nothing untoward :) maybe your ISP was taking a rest :P

Its possable - i'm on 10meg borad band I don't think it is becasue all the sites load very fast - eg ebay loads very fast but when I type in www.webhostingtalk.com (http://www.webhostingtalk.com) it gose really slow -

no access problem on Turkey :)

Yeah the forum loads slow from time to times. It's always been like this since I've been a member here.

I agree with you buddy WHT is dam slow when compare with high loaded forum like

you can find difference when you browse both the forum via mobile with image off

ThePlayer, WHT goes through many ups and downs throughout the world and I also noticed a significant slow down the previous 2 days... working perfectly now, of course.

It's mainly due to the fact that, sorry mods, iNet is extremely cheap and doesn't have enough servers to run these boards or has it poorly setup. As there are dozens of forums of comparable size that display their server specs and run much faster than WHT at any given time.

I'm sure there's a technical explanation for why it runs slow, rather than just hardware. What you're saying may hold to be true but it's more speculation so we cannot nobody can say for sure.

Good point -- it is speculation; however, many other larger boards have no problem giving out their server specifications and amounts. All iNet does is beat around the bush and say there is an advanced cluster setup for the forums. Fantastic -- in other words, we know nothing.
