LowAsYou 10-22-2006, 11:25 AM | it was regarding system.. and don't think it was low priority, but should it take 8-9 hours to give 1st response on ticket?
Thanks |

I would send a PM over to Acunett here at WHT, Rob I believe. Hopefully your issues will get resolved and this is just a one time incident.
Good luck |
AcuNett 10-22-2006, 03:44 PM That is definitely unacceptable. Send me the ticket ID's to ronny@acunett.com. You will also receive an SLA refund for the delayed response/resolution.
Please note that billing tickets do not have an SLA, and tickets sent to the one time services department are guaranteed at only 24 hours. |
dannyy 10-23-2006, 05:00 AM LowAsYou (http://www.webhostingtalk.com/member.php?u=148042), does it happen to you for the fist time or did it happen before? And how long are you with this company? |
CaroNet-Hesham 10-23-2006, 07:36 AM Well, seems like Ronny got the matter resolved :)
Hope all is ok now |
