I was looking for a good free support system to use and I narrowed it down to two;

PHP Support Tickets
Support Logic Helpdesk

Which one would you use and why? If you can comment on why then that would be great? YES I am aware that most big customer support system software give out a free version but I narrowed it down to the two that I like the best and if you could please tell me which one you would use and why?

We are testing SL these days and sounds OK!

If you have to go with one - Support Logic.

If your going free - OSTicket through your Fantastico is another great Freebie - though they no longer support the product as it has been discontinued. I think there is a community of such that is keeping the project alive somewhere. But the original is still pretty good and works well for a basic support desk.
