Dear all,

I think I should give Jodohost a credit here as because of their excellent services.

Last year, I go to Jodohost from Serverdivision. The decision made based on many review on Jodohost. After using their service for almost one year, I can only say good things about them.

1. True 24/7 support. Jodohost give live chat that always online. It is hard to see webhost have this kind of commitment in 'live chat' support.

2. Helpful technician. The technician are really helpful. Sometimes they even fix the script error by themself. I can request as many technical help from them in live chat. They can do it (with good explaination) within appopriate time.

3. Good network uptime. Our hyperspin uptime statistic shows that they give good uptime for us and our customer.

4. They also give early notice on maintainance and repair. They won't just shutdown the switch and go with the repair. Jodohost always give notice for the planned downtime. If there is outage, they will come out with clear explanation.

Hope Jodohost can maintain and improve their services.

do you have an idea of how many native-english speaking staff they (jodohost) have? is their indian-based support their own employees, or outsourced?

while they've got a decent rep and good plans. the indian-based staff has me a bit hesitant.... considering all the nightmares people have with overseas support centers.

For the record, we do not outsource. Everyone is directly paid/hired by us. JodoHost is based in both US and India. We have office/staff in both countries. All our servers are located exclusively in the US.

As for the quality of support, I'll leave that to our customers on this forum to answer.

For the language they us, for me it is good.

1. During the activation of the account one year ago. Jodohost called me to verify. The staff that called me talk to fast so I could not get what he meant. But, this is settle when he slow down the speed :)

2. Live chat support; the english is ok. Because I also not a native englosh speak so it does not influence me much. But as long the problem is settle and done right, I do not care how they chat or talk. :) Language barrier (ascent) is not very major to me.
