I'm searching for a script, but I'm not sure exactly what to call it (other than the title).

I have a download mirror site, that is developing more and more traffic as more game updates are released, and I'm concerned that I'm going to start tapping out my upload speed. What I'd like to do, is setup a script so that it queues the visitor into a 'download lineup' similar to what a lot of the larger file download sites (FilePlanet / FileCloud / 3dGamers / etc) use.

Anyone know of what exactly this type of script is called, or where I would start finding one?
