Regarding your questions,

1) We offer Windows 2k3 web edition and Linux OS only.
2) There is no setup fee
3) You can do monthly, semi-annually and annually payments.
4 &5) Unmetered BW means the server is connected via private (non-shared) 100Mbit port to the 20Gbit backbone which is shared by all servers that have subscribed to the 100 Mbit unmetered service plan. Servers on 100Mbit unmetered plan can expect average of 6TB/monthly throughput on outbound transfer and up to 30TB/monthly throughput on inbound transfer.
