It took them over a MONTH to issue a refund they were supoposed to do within 3 to 7 days. I sent them several emails but nothing moved. When I finnally ask for Mr. Homewood to contact me or I will fill a claim against them... suddently they contacted me ! Over that it costed me the interests, time loss and fees from calls to my cell phone from them and from me to call them. They told me it was THEIR mistake due to a technical problem, but they doesn't want to pay for the fees I had to go through because of THEM. I have several infos on them: 1865 Huron Drive London OH 43140-8767 3974, Brown Park, Dr. Suite 1 Hilliard, OH 43026- USA This is a foreign company and the origin is from DELAWARE. There's a David Homewood in DE: 12005 Woodbridge Rd Greenwood, DE 19950-4557 (302) 349-5964 I don't know if it's the same person tho. But my experience with them shows that if a problem occur, they won't consider your losses regarding the issue even if they admit that the problem is on their side !! |
