At the beginning of this month I had gotten a new server, and I was starting to have high load/RAM usage.

I am on a budget so I selected PSM to fix it up for me.

My account was setup in about 6 hours.

Every single ticket I have submitted was fixed, installed, etc.

Not a single problem with it, answered all my questions with a full explanation, sometimes even more than I expected.

I almost always got a response within minutes, but a few times I waited an hour.
(They guarantee 6 hour response, what's an hour?!)

By far being the first management company ive used, PSM is just great. With response times like that, and almost always a resolution.. What more can you ask for!

LOL your not alone. they have done work for in the past, they are worth it $30/m

They definitely are worth trying. I've been using them for almost 2 years now. I can't compare them to others because I haven't had the need to go to others.

Well if you think they are good think again, if you rely on them too much they will screw you over.

Very bad experience with them.

It's obvious you can't expect them to be to responsive or reliable for 30$ a month
You probably need to pay at least 100$ for a real quality service

Yea i cant expect much for 30$ a month...they closed my account on a false reason of me exploiting them here on the forum when everyone here was telling them that i clearly wasnt...and thats onyl 3-7 days after i pay them and it was my first ticket after the payment for the 4th month with them...

Wierd cheap and arrogant.

For $30, they're excellent. If only they supported, DirectAdmin, I wouldn't have to leave them. For CPanel, you can't go wrong with PSM.

Perhaps, they should provide support for DirectAdmin and other CPanels as they're losing a lot of business, by not offering such services. Then again, if they specialize in 1 service they may be BETTER at that one service...

That's why they do it. By specializing, not only are they the best, but they can do it cheaper. After years of home renovation work, I realized that by narrowing your field, you can be faster and better than others.

I thought about it again, and dont have any plans on leaving. Responses have been done in less than 10min.

They havent and i have been with them for about 3 months now.
