Ive pretty much had bad experience with server management / Linux specialist companies.

Can anyone suggest a good one for me? A company with good customer service, attention to time and ensim / Linux experience?

Thanks,

Cheetaweb / Easyservermanagment are about the best for ensim.

PSM works great for me, especially the price.
I had a little problem late sunday night, nothing big, site wasn't even up yet so I din't care that it wasn't working, and didn't expect or care for it to be fixed until morning, I got an email about an hour later and it was fixed.

baz88 its already been established that psm will not suit the original poster, he needs a provider that will work with ENSIM.

I would recommend Seeks Admin (http://www.seeksadmin.com). I've used them for two dedicated servers now and I've only good things to say about them. Since I really don't know anything about servers, they've helped me a lot. They set up my servers, secured and optimized them, moved my sites to the new server, etc. And I talk to them on MSN and they are always very friendly and they really know their thing. You should definitely check them out.

I second the recommendation of Seeks Admin. I have been with them for a very short period of time and had TONS of pre-sales questions. Tris and Steven were so courteous, patient and very knowledgeable. Their turn-around time on response is very fast as well. They also take the time to explain to you what they did if you don't understand it very well.

Take a look at got-management.com or servaxnet.com. Both great admin companies.

PSM is great for budget server management.. Plus there has been NOT ONE problem they couldn't fix.. With most response times in minutes.

Just my .02

PSM doesn't manage Ensim servers.
