I searched this forum but very little on this reseller. Has anyone used Glowhost before? If so would really appreciate any feedback on your experience with them.

There domain was registered in 2002 and the user here on WHT who seems to own the company has been around for a while. There website looks professional. They give you contact information for AIM, MSN and Skype which is nice, and they have an 888 number. It seems like a professional company. Even though they appear to be overselling it might be worth a try. Lewcy 10-19-2006, 03:03 PM Evening all, Frankly they are exellent, I know i have never posted on these forums before but i do pop by and felt i should reply to this. First of all let me say i am nothing to do with the company, glowhost, i just have a reseller account wiht them! If you look at their forum you can see i post quite a bit on there. I have been with them since march 05 so quite a while now and they have been beyond excellent. Support wise they have been superb they are always fast and friendly via the suport system and the forums. They have a telephone number and loads of other means of contacting them as stated previously but i cant say how good these are as i have never needed to use them, i guess never needing to use them speaks for itself. I can remember the last time any of my sites was down which is unheard of when it comes to shared hosting! They are always improving the service they provide and are always on hand to help with unrelated problems such as code etc in the forums. I have been with other hosts and they dont even come close to what you get with glowhost if anything i think they undersell how good they are on their website! Price wise they never claim to be the cheapest but they are very reasonably priced and these days with hosting you pay for what you get.
