I was wondering if there was some company out there in the US that would mail out invoices for me? Would be neat if I could either email or fax them an invoice with the company info, then they would mail it out for me. Return address would obviously be mine. So they wouldnt have to mess with accepting payments, etc. I already use WHMCS for electronic payments, etc, but I have some local clients that would prefer to send in checks. Plus certain consulting jobs that I perform do not require the client to have an email address, so I cant just invoice them through email.

If your customers are namely businesses, then they should have a fax machine setup. Any number of services offer invoice-by-fax as well.

This is a very common service. Check with your bank first to see if they offer an invoicing service. I know that Bank of America allows us to have invoices mailed to customers through the online banking interface, and they'll even process the payments when they come back.
