I am negotiating to sell few my domains @ sedo and it drives me crazy that I am unable to identify the potential buyer(s).

I am more than happy to give the commission to Sedo, but it would help me tremendously if I know who these folks are.

Can someone suggest any tools/methods so that I can see who is looking up my domain names?

Quite honestly that's a pretty thankless task. DomainTools has a reverse lookup feature, I believe.
