I sent this people some bugs in the past, then a few months ago I get a newsletter telling me that the they upgrade the soft, ok, so I went to the website to download it and I forgot my pass.

So, what I usually do it's to find the "remember option" but I found that in their website there it's not this option, so I contact them.

AND they answer was that I HAVE TO BUY AGAIN IF I WANT TO ACCESS MY ACCOUNT

One question though, why in the world would you even purchase it in the beginning? Hopefully you can get things rectified. How long has it been since you originally purchased it and how long did they say you would get free upgrades/bug fixes?

yes, I know this script it's not modernbill!! after I tried a lot of, I decide to go with this simple script because let my users to order all in a simple form. Also with the current systems on the market I didn't found the one I need, (with directi integration, in spanish, with .es integration, etc.)

But, I tried when I bought it that have several bugs that now seems to have corrected (I hope). I'm waiting to see the progess for solid-state.org I think could be a real good solution in open-free-source.
