when I use whois tool for a domain I didn't see the owner name in resulrts .The results was like this

How could I use this feauture,Which companies offer that and is it really usefull or not to use this guard

Well, it depends on the situation. What kind of site is using this domain? Is it a business? You'll scare customers away when they see that you are hiding your information. If it's a site where no information is collected about the users (you are just making revenue off AdSense and such) then using WHOIS protection shouldn't be a problem and it will keep spammers from knowing your address.
Tons of registrars offer this service, but NameCheap offers it for free.
