What kind of site is using this domain? Is it a business? You'll scare customers away when they see that you are hiding your information. If it's a site where no information is collected about the users (you are just making revenue off AdSense and such) then using WHOIS protection shouldn't be a problem and it will keep spammers from knowing your address.
