Im thinking of limiting the amount of customers that we allow?

The reason being is my main aim is to offer the best support around, personal telephone number, REAL 24/7 support, video tutorials, etc.

I know that our hosting accounts will be 99.9% GARANTEED uptime, the 1% missing because i cant make false promises?!

What happens if theres a major disaster, like the world ending? hehe...
