Do have a test file and/or ping? Your company hasn't really popped up much in threads about dedicated servers so just wondering what your track record is etc.

Also: it says OS of your choice on your virtual servers and does not list Windows on the dedicated, so I take it you do not offer Windows Server as OS?

Sorry, I didn't see the test file link, I saw it now. What kind of connection and server is the test file on? My connection has max about 900 kB/s but the test file only downloads at about 240 kB/s :-( Maybe it's a bad time of the day, I will try again tomorrow.

Also, how much is Windows Server 2003 Standard? We do live webcasting and need Windows Media Services for that so we cannot use the Web edition.

Hi, we sent a quote for Win Server 2003 Std to you separately.

Are you sure that your connection speed is 900 kbps and the download is showing 240 kB/s? A Windows download is going to show the size in kiloBYTES per second as opposed to kilobits per sec. So you have to multiply 240 kB/s by 8 to get the kbps speed.

Thanks for checking! I think a lot of people using Windows see "xxx KB/s" and forget that you need to multiply by 8 to get the kbps rate.
