Anyone know a really fast way to get an SPLA to offer windows? Seems like contacting microsoft and some resellers is taking a long time. I'm on a deadline here and would appreciate any help.

Then manually for the SPLA, with a MS rep. They will send you a bunch of forms and a pricelist (mine are local to Brazil, so I cannot send you them), that you must complete and return them.
