View Full Version : Zone Alarm Pro vs. Accessing admin/siteadmin/personal

I recently installed Zone Alarm Pro on a few desktops within our network for another layer of protection.

Now, with ZA Pro running, we cannot access www.sitename.com/admin or /siteadmin or /personal

We can still access all servers with WSFTP Pro and with putty.exe

Any ideas?? We tried playing with the security settings of ZA Pro, but couldn't get anything to work.............the second we shut down ZA Pro, we can access the areas instantly.......

Any help is appreciated...

make sure u open up port 81, which is what the siteadmin runs off of. im not sure how much affect that has on your client not able to access it, but it sure sounds like ZA is causing the issue. so i guess u can try that first.

No, it's not the port 81.
You have to change the Privacy to 'on' for the browser. That's all ;)
