Im still having problems with backing up from the panel..

One though though...

If I run a scheduled complete system backup to a remote FTP server..what is the point if you can only restore from your hard disk?

If I enter the full ftp path, eg ftp://user:pass@ftp.addy.com then the raq dosent like it...is there a way to do it without having to spend a few hrs dloading, then a few hrs uploading?

I think if you know how to do it via telnet.

Then you can restore the files from your other host.

But for me, I would let my customers know about backing up their own files is their resposibility and shoudn't blame me is their files is gone after the server is down or whatever...
