We been using a enom reseller acc for over 2 years now for some of our domains and previously had no issues with them, they upgraded our ip for the api whenever requested. All of a sudden recently the ip stopped working so I requested it to be fixed and now they out of the blue they want our credit card and photoid faxed to them to fix the api even tho they have accepted numerous payments from us including one last week and we have been doing business with them for some time. We sent in a drivers licence but refuse to send the credit card for a few reasons mainly that they shouldnt be asking for it. We did try to ring them but a 53 minute call queue at international call rates isnt inspiring. When we faxed the drivers licence we reminded them of our phone # so they could ring us but the fax has so far been ignored and we are currently waiting in excess of 5 hours between each ticket for a reply.
If anyone else has suffered from this issue and knows a quicker way to get in touch with someone at enom I would appreciate it and if this is a new hardline policy then we will stop with enom and get our recent payments refunded as they appear to not want our business anymore.
