Seeing that a lot of talk on ripping-off site designs going on these days, I 'd say YOU are ripping me off.

I use one of the 16 million colors on my designs & I see everyone using the same- exact ripp-off.
Then I use that ASCII character set and fonts belonging to one of those familiar font-families; most of you are using them.

I'm really serious and will take legal actions against everyone, be it in millions.

YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

thanks for your time reading

thanks

Yes, with the lak of technical knowledge in the government, I'm sure you could take legal action and win.

But then MS will sue you for using one of their fonts, and if you thought MS was rich now, after suing the millions of americans you'd probably lose it all plus sum and Billy at MS will be rich in sock options.

Yes and that's very funny till you remember that BT was considering doing pretty much exactly the same thing in regard to their patent on hyperlinks a year or so ago. From memory they wanted to charge *everyone* with a webpage 50c a link or some such drivel. To this day I still wonder what they were thinking considering the PR backlash they got.

It's also not exactly accurate that they wanted to charge "everyone with a webpage," their approach is that ISPs should pay for allowing their customers to use BT's "patented technology." They wouldn't likely look for any payment or royalties based on the number of hyperlinks used, but a lump-sum settlement for past use and ongoing licensing.

Last I heard, the case was set for trial in September this year.

I've also heard rumblings that Disney is going to sue Microsoft based on the obvious similarities between the Arial font and a mermaid character of a similar name. I even hear that the crab is going to sing testimony! EY MON! GONNA SUE DE CORPORATION TO DE ISLAND BEAT MON!

Yes, this also means the Romans, Goths, and residents of Tahoma, Washington will be filing separate lawsuits. (Why couldn't they name a font after me so I can sue too?)
