Dear all webmaster,
Kindly help me on this matter. I have no idea who shall I complain to. I wish to transfer the domain but it has yet reach 60 days. Therefore, I can't transfer the domain out. Kindly help me. What should I do. I have email them so frequent, but they did not response my email. I'm in dilemma.

takes 2-3 days for the changes to be effective at the registry level.
