I used WHT to decide my host, so though now i should share my decision experience.

I am a freelance a web application developer.

Just got my client hosted at www.splashhost.com(bronze plan). The site is www.countercrazy.com

I can now breath easier, because this host offers all I had i mind..including peace of mind.

The customer support is excellent, and Allan helped me solve all my queries while installation.

Bought the space about 20 days back...no downtime/problems yet.

Highly recommened.

I agree a lot of recommendations ring pretty hollow and sound very much like ad copy when you read them, but I'm pretty sure this one's legitimate. It sounds real to me, and at the end of the day, Alan's doing pretty darned well for himself with this hosting caper. I don't think there's more than a few days here that someone isn't recommending his service here.

That and Alan strikes me as an honest businessman. Good sense of ethics, and pretty hard working to boot. :) Considering he's a young whipper-snapper that should be out chasing girls around with a butterfly net, I'm personally all the more impressed with what he's done in such a short amount of time.

Nice to hear from satisfied customers. Sometimes when I read this forums it's saddening how bad this industry can get with ex-customers screamin blue murder for being ripped off at every turn. Even those of us that do this for a living like to hear success stories, as it helps everyone as a whole.

Anyway, I was just saying its nice to see legit claims on these boards. Too often you see the hosting companies posting about their own services. Ive heard only good things about splashhost.

Ill step out now, before I confuse things further :)

I just pay them $5 per post, thats why im so sucesfull. j/k
