Hi,

I bought the domain myunitedstatesofamerica.com a few weeks ago and I am in the process of developing it.

My questions is - how much is the domain worth as a domain name?

I think what he is saying is that the name is worth nothing more than the cost of the registration, anotherwords it's nothing special.

I tend to agree... the domain is far too long to be of any real value when you can get so many other patrotic .com and even .us names.

Now if it was myusa.com, it would be a whole different story....

Considering it's 23-letters long, and that most people would avoid typing such long URLs, I'd say around $10.

What business model would you serve with that URL.

I would recommend you take this to: dnforums.com .

They have some rather knowledgable domain appraisers there.

Good luck! :)

Yeah. Sorry about that. Didn't mean to sound so rude :crap: TedS sumed up my argument.

I would not recommend making a huge investment. Although the revenues (taxes) are immense, the expenses of running the country are quite high as well.

<Oh...you meant the domain name-not the country>
