As far as I know phpManager do not have resellers - Its all available via there website http://www.phpmanager.com and I beleive its quite cheap to purchase the WHM module as an extra.

We use it and are just about to move over to MB, if I am allowed to sell it you can have it:)

According to http://www.phpmanager.com/pricing.php its only $10 extra to purchase the WHM Module seperatly. I am not sure if it is possible to sell your license, but worth checking out - PM Locutus via the phpManager (http://forums.phpmanager.com/)
