Anyone has an experience with Linux reseller hosting in Asia. We will appreciate your suggestions and experience.
We are currently with ResellerZoom and will definitely move away after recent outage on Venus. Already lost few clients due to SMTP timeouts and server miscunfiguration errors. I will support opinions expressed here regarding Budget plans. Stay away from it. It takes forever to access Cpanel and bandwidth domain data under WHP. Tech support is horrible and explanations for poor service are insulting. I will not even consider the option of upgrading to Advance Plan, just plain sick and tired of constant problems with RZ.

hello,where are your customers from?
i think you may define where they live first,
and look the right location later,
for example,most customers in jp,and choose jp servers will be better.

Most cusromers are located in Thailand and Singapore. For legal purposes, severs should be located in ASEAN

Checkout my host, utropicmedia.net, I noticed they have servers in Hong Kong when I was ordering an SSL cert for my web store. I know they have great service.. Their owner maintains a great relationship with his clients and keeps us informed about the business. He mentioned they are expanding into the hosting resale business soon so that makes me feel good knowing they'll be around for awhile.
