Is there a way to get a text file of all the email addresses subscribed to a certain list, using the Mailman Mailing List on the Control Panel?

Not sure what 'the control panel' is that you're referring to, but there's a command line tool that comes with Mailman called 'list_members'.

Try: list_members --help
