And your TOs stated no bulk email. My SMS site is sending SMS via email, so my site is not acceptable?

Like I said above, this server will come with Basic server hardening such as installation of firewall, bfd, and some other scripts. As for the bulk email, You will be allowed to send out email if you are sending it to subscribed customers and not spamming.
