I have been using the last free version of TopStyle Pro until I changed my hard drive. I no longer have the setup exe of that free version; and nowadays TopStyle no longer offers a free version.
So, what is the next best freeware CSS editor?
Or should I pay for TopStyle (knowing that I would need several licences to use it on several PCs)? Or for another CSS editor?
Fairly certain you can use it on more than one, just not simultaneously. You can, I believe, use it on a desktop and a laptop, as long as you're the only user, and only one instance at a time is running.
For me the paid version is worth it.
Oh, and you can still grab the lite version here:

Unfortunately, not. Once you start installing it, it prompts you to pay!
This gator is appropriately named.
Really? Cheeky wording: "Download for Free!". No free lunch then after all. Sorry.

It would look like TopStyle is another example of a good program gone bad.
I have been using CSE HTML Validator for ages. I see that their paid version has an in-built CSS editor. I am going to experiment that.

What OS are you using?
Downloaded using the URL provided by Bear and installed without a hitch. Win 2000
