I can no longer access my website hosted on a cpanel host. I get the following error when running trace through Cpanel tools.

Host "site" not found: 5(REFUSED)
; Transfer failed.


I can get to it usinf the IP... Nothing has changed that I am aware of.

Any ideas!

We need a lot more informatio than that to troubleshoot. First, what is the domain you are trying to reach?

When you run the traceroute, are you doing it from the server to a site on that server, or from a remote location?

It ended up being a FrontPage problem!
